When i was a noob i lived in the golden era of the empire the EKC was defended by The Imperial Navy with Water at the helm and Ghost was the Leader of IT (I was also a member of IT) and AI was a Imperial alliance. Economy was good pirates in the empire were almost unheard of except for the occasional inty pirate which usally got taken care of .

But then a lot of pilots left the mainstream alliances AI, IT ,TIN , Manticorp etc. began creating their own and many times these smaller alliances were somewhat looked down upon by the bigger alliances causing tension.(example: IOO wanting to got to war with IT) that is when MO walls began popping up dividing the empire and a lot of territorial disputes causing unofficial wars. the golden era of the Empire officially ended when Delenn of TIN sold a SB to merc inc. causing a huge dispute between Merc and TIN who were always allies and also when Ghost and Water left. I created this council to bring stability and good relations back into the empire a place where these alliances can work diplomatically in a neutral no bias place like my personal policy always went I am Imperial Before my alliance.
