These are the rules

To join the Forum
1) Imperial or a known diplomat from another faction
2) Message Europa Trikalion
3) Follow the rules

To Become Imperial Citizen status
1) Must be Imperial
2) Message Europa Trikalion
3) Go to the after registration topic and follow the rules

To Join the Council ( may get in with Imperial Council permission)
