I will explain how this council came to be

When I was a Imperial I joined The Imperial Order of Olbea (IOO) and seeing that they had no forum i decided to do it myself so the IOO forum was born and there was a diplomatic table on it. after many months and still no diplomats i decided to take matters into my own hands so i began inviting imperial alliances and neutral alliances alike. after they began joining suddenly imperial issues began to pop up and were discussed as a group and I opened a new group within the forum known as the Imperial Council and that is when it was born. But at this time it was still unofficial. so i had an idea after seeing the council in orion i decided to try and make it official so i put my idea on the table and they voted for it and it Passed!! And i created this new forum as the Imp councils hall.

What do i expect for the future a large council of all the imperial alliances and a group that will be a fearful force in all of artemis.
